NICE guidance on mid-life interventions for public health
Date20 October 2015
Year 2015
New guidance shows that mid-life is not too late to make changes on diet, physical activity, smoking and drinking to reduce the risk of frailty, disability and dementia in later life.  The recommendations for ‘successful ageing’ suggest that even small changes can have an impact but that we need to make it easier for people to make those changes.
