Knowledge and awareness - dementia prevention survey
Date05 December 2013
The UK Health Forum is conducting a short online survey of knowledge and awareness among the public health workforce about the prevention of dementia. This survey is part of a wider project by the Forum, supported by Public Health England, to systematically explore integrating the shared prevention of aspects of dementia with other non-communicable diseases in terms of research, policy and practice. The results of this survey will inform a high level stakeholder meeting in January and will be published on the UK Health Forum website.
The survey will only take 10-15 minutes to complete, and your responses will be vital in helping us to understand how we can better support you with relevant information about this topic.
We will not share any personal data with third parties and all responses will anonymised. If you have any questions about this survey or would like more information, please contact jane.landon@ukhealthforum.org.uk
