UK Health Forum Annual General Meeting - December

At our AGM in December 2014, our members heard presentations from two newly joined UKHF member organisations – British Liver Trust and Arthritis Research UK - and from Cancer Research UK’s new policy research centre for prevention.

Following up two major reports that put the prevention of avoidable ill-health at the heart of plans for the NHS and Public Health England over the next five years, the speakers commented on meeting the challenge of how we put prevention at the centre of policy decisions.
