Abstract
Key findings from this report from Chatham House (The Royal Institute of International Affairs) outlines pathways to reducing global meat consumption.  The report concludes that public awareness of the link between diet and climate change is very low, that trusted sources are key to raising awareness, and that awareness must be Government led with clear and simple messages.
