Abstract
Writing in Food and Drug Law journal, Eric N. Lindblom proposes a 'road map' for the regulation of e-cigarettes.  He believes an effective regulatory scheme would make e-cigarettes less harmful to users and non-users, increase their use as cessation aids and minimise use among others.  This hinges on the FDA's pending rule to regulate all non-drug e-cigarettes as tobacco products.
