Sticky Fingers, part of Southampton’s Fit for Life programme, is a healthy eating project for children of primary school age. It aims to encourage children to drink more water, increase levels of physical activity and eat breakfast as part of a healthy, balanced diet. By intervening at primary school age, the project aims to help tackleproblems before children reach secondary school.
